Minty's press room - Christmas lights

This is a photograph printed in The South Bucks Star, a free paper that served a vast area of Buckinghamshire centered around High Wycombe.

After the ceremonial switching on of the lights, Colin Baker was signing autographs in the local shopping center where Minty was on patrol.
